The underground walk-in temperature controlled Wine Cava of MEATing promises to impress even the most demanding connoisseurs. The Josper Gastrogrill offers a remarkable combination of grill, smoker and oven which means it has the flavour of the grill and the controlled cooking temperature of the oven. The grill has a door, when closed, none of the flavour or moisture can escape the fine selected ingredients.It uses top quality charcoal which adds the lovely oaky smokiness.
